Evergreen Community Development District
The Evergreen Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on January 11, 2019 by the Manatee County, Florida Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 19-04 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Evergreen CDD encompasses an area of approximately 140.47 acres within unincorporated Manatee County. The land within the District is generally located south of Braden River, north of 34th Avenue East and west of 41st Street East..
